I had to look at this all morning, so guess what you get to look at:
I'm sorry I had to get so graphic in my drawing today, but there was just no other way to convey what I witnessed. To be clear, I was looking at pictures. I was not actually present during an autopsy.

*shudder*
That's pretty frightening. Too graphic for me.
So this person died of a bad haircut?
I've always thought that it was possible...
If you listen very carefully, you may be able to hear my terrified whimpers as I rock back and forth in the fetal position (which makes it rather difficult to type, by the way).
Couldn't you have just suffered in isolation instead of bringing this atrocity upon all of us?
Why were you looking at autopsy pictures? I must know!!
Anonymous: One of the professions Illinois regulates is Funeral Directing and Embalming. We had conferences for that the other day and one of the cases involved accusations that someone did a bad job embalming. The accused claimed that the autopsy made it difficult to properly inject the body with embalming fluid. The investigator in that case was able to get a hold of all sorts of photographic evidence, some of which included autopsy pictures. Fun stuff :/
