I hate repeats
Some of you may remember that last year I went home for Christmas. Maybe you're not keeping tabs on that sort of thing, then again, maybe you are. I'm not here to judge. My journey last year was significantly lengthened by weather delays. According to the weather magicians, there's supposed to be a big snow storm coming in tonight. A flight cancelingly bad snow storm. I'm ok with that happening tonight because my flight isn't until Friday morning. The problem is, it's not here yet. I'm convinced that it's going to come in late and thus roll over into my flight time and once again cause me to spend an entire day on a trip that should only take about five hours. So this is me right now:

I see the problem right off the bat . . . praying to the snow gods is definitely going to help, but I know for a fact that you have to simultaneously do the snow dance.
You should know this, you're the one that recommended HIMYM to ME. I know that was rain, but it's the same deal with all forms of precipitation, frozen or not.
Oh my God, did you cut off your leg to make sure it did snow before your flight? Gee Jon, that seems a bit drastic, but maybe that's just me?
I know we're getting some snow tomorrow, so hopefully yours will come too!
